This expansive 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom estate home is located in a cul de sac with an unimpeded lake and preserve view . It has a sun-drenched private pool and on-deck Jacuzzi spa, with a large covered screened lanai and designer quality patio furniture for seamless outdoor living and dining. A complete outdoor bar (with adjacent gas grill and refrigerator) provides the final touch for the seamless indoor/outdoor lifestyle.
The spacious, vaulted-ceiling living room, breakfast nook and gourmet kitchen overlook the pool and lanai, with the lake and preserve beyond. There is a formal dining room, separate den/office, laundry room and an oversized triple garage. Flat screen TV's are provided in the living room and master bedroom, and hi speed wi fi is available throughout.
The bedroom configuration is truly exceptional:
The master suite - which looks out on the lanai - has a king-sized bed and a designer master bathroom with separate tub and shower. Two of the guest bedrooms also have luxurious queen beds, with twin beds in the third guest room. There are two adjacent private bathrooms. The main living areas are tiled and provide a wonderful space for easy entertaining. The kitchen and dinette provide ample seating for casual meals, and lanai storm shutters and pool are all operated by remote control.

Summary: This is a beautiful property and check in was smooth, we were even permitted to enter a few hours early. David, the property manager and his assistant were easily reached to solve a few minor problems, which they took care of immediately. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool area is beautiful. However, there were a few areas that needed improvement. For instance, there was no "Welcome Book" that tells you about the house and it's workings. This would have been helpful, especially to figure out the televisions. They also had no rugs at all in the master bedroom/bathroom suite. I found one in a linen closet for the bathroom by the shower. The sheets on the master bedroom were mismatched, no blanket was provided, and no king size pillows, just two small standard ones on a king size bed. These are tiny little inconveniences, but I feel for the price being paid it should have been a little better appointed. However, I did not bring these things up to the property manager, and I am sure he would have done his best to accommodate us. All in all, a beautiful place that just needs a bit of love inside.

Summary: How wonderful to check into a clean, well stocked home! My family and guests appreciated the comfortable beds and large pool and hot tub. We enjoyed use of the Lely club amenities, but mostly loved staying at this home enjoying the sunshine and view. David, the manage, answered any of our questions and sent his assistant manager to arrange a handyman to fix the grill and a non functioning undercounted light fixture we needed fixed. She was so helpful, prompt and easy to deal with! Our family and friends that visited thoroughly the home and Naples area! We would love to return in the future!

Summary: Overall a very good experience. My only complaint is the location which is 100% on me. It is pretty remote from downtown Naples, beaches, nightlife etc. If you're looking for low key quiet family time, this is your spot. If you're planning to head out for activities make sure you understand the location relative to your plans.
